Fawn Zentner, RN
Founder
I’ve been a nurse for more than 30 years, and caring for people has always been the heart of my work. I love helping women feel confident, healthy, and supported. At Viveo Aesthetics, my focus is safety, natural results, and creating a calm, comfortable experience for every client.
Fawn Zentner, RN, has over 30 years of nursing experience serving the Yuba–Sutter community. She began her career in bedside care and later transitioned into nursing education in 2013, contributing to the development of future healthcare professionals. Her commitment extends beyond traditional nursing, with a passion for helping women enhance their wellness, confidence, and natural beauty.
Throughout her many years of service, Fawn has earned trust in the community through her calm approach, clear communication, and strong clinical judgment. Her focus at Viveo Aesthetics is providing safe treatments, natural results, and a supportive, reassuring experience for every client she serves.

Felicia is a licensed cosmetologist and an educator in aesthetics. She brings skill, steady technique, and an eye for natural beauty.

Felicia Elms
Esthetician
I began my career in 2007 when I earned my cosmetology license in Minot, North Dakota. My very first spa is where I discovered my love for facials, beauty, wellness, and creating a true spa experience that makes people feel cared for and restored. Over the years, I moved across multiple states and continued training in advanced skin modalities, including Hydrafacial, microdermabrasion, high frequency, and more.
I’ve now been back home in California for five years, raising my two daughters and serving in the Navy Reserves. Today, my mom and I are excited to bring our skills together and offer Northern California our med spa services. We’re both social by nature and love meeting new people everywhere we go. We take annual camping trips, travel often with friends and family, and genuinely enjoy connecting with the community around us.
While our new location is being built, we’re thrilled to offer in-home Botox Spa Parties and bring the spa experience directly to you.
Dr. Shailender Singh, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Singh has a strong foundation in Internal Medicine, Obesity Medicine, and Regenerative Medicine. He brings a clear understanding of health and beauty to each visit. His background helps him support your appearance while keeping your overall wellness in mind.
He has advanced skill in non surgical cosmetic procedures, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, skin rejuvenation treatments, threads, laser therapies, and body contouring. His focus stays on personal goals and balanced results that look natural and fresh.
At Excel Medicine, Dr. Singh stays current with new methods in aesthetics. He blends science, artistry, and a caring approach to give you soft, noticeable improvements that build confidence and long term wellness.
